Nerfed jump height to a more managable height

Reworked the Bridged Area so you can manage it with the lesser jump height.

First of the Unlockable powers added: Ghost Jump

This is a double Jump sort of, While your are falling hit jump again and you will fly up a few more feet so you can reach those pesky platforms!
